Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, allowing you to initiate a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the condition you received it and in the original packaging. We also require proof of purchase or a receipt.

Damage and Other Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the lamp is damaged or an incorrect item was sent, contact us immediately so we can assess and resolve the issue.

 

Exchanges

For a quick exchange, return the original item and, once the return is accepted, place a new order.

 

Right of Withdrawal in the European Union

For orders delivered within the EU, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving a reason. Items must be in original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase required.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you regarding refund approval. If approved, a refund will be issued within 7 business days to your original payment method. Note that it may take additional days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund. Contact us if more than 8 business days have passed since your refund was approved.
