Delivery


Delivery is available within Germany and the following countries:

Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Ireland, Greece, Spain, France, Croatia, Italy, Cyprus, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Hungary, Malta, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, Slovakia, Finland, and Sweden.

 

Shipping Costs (including VAT)


National deliveries (Germany) cost €6.99.
International deliveries (EU) cost €14.49.

Products are shipped in perfect condition and protected against transit damage. Packages are insured, and their condition is documented prior to shipping. Please check the shipping box for damage before opening, and photograph any visible damage. If the product itself is damaged, please report it to the carrier and contact us at info@gebrauchsgut.de.

 

Delivery Times


Domestic (Germany): 5-10 days.
International: 7-14 days.

The order confirmation will include delivery time estimates, which are not guaranteed but generally reliable. In rare cases, our carriers may experience delays.

Please note that some products may arrive in two packages, which could arrive on different days.
